When you go through burnout, you lose the light you once had at the start of your career. Burnt Out to Lit Up arose from a genuine spark of interest to shed light on the science behind burnout and how to naturally integrate personal and professional wellness strategies into one’s daily living.

Erika is your quirky occupational therapist impassioned by practitioner and work well-being. After her own experiences waist-deep in burnout, she realized that she can’t be the only one going through this.

As founder of Joy Energy Time, a wellness and lifestyle brand for healthcare professionals, Erika created Burnt Out Out Lit Up in 2018, and has had the pleasure of interviewing renown speakers, public figures, wellness experts, and healthcare professionals.
